Vranac

Vranac is a wine red variety originating from Serbia. It ripens in late September, early October. The berries are medium-sized, oval in shape, black-blue in color. The bunch weighs about 300 grams, medium loose. Dry varieties of unique taste and character are produced from this variety. Vranac tolerates oak and aging in the bottle extremely well, which is often necessary in order to tame its strong mixture of tannins and acids. Thanks to its harmonious nature, it combines well with other grape varieties, such as Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot.
Available on substrates: Kober 5BB and SO4.
