Nursery “Agro Max” is an online store open from 00-24h, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. In case of certain technical problems or during regular maintenance, the website may be unavailable for a certain period of time, of which you will be notified by clearly highlighting the message on the website.
Ordering
The customer reviews the products on the online store and adds the desired products to the cart by clicking the “add to cart” button. When the customer has added all the products he wants to order to the basket, he concludes the order by clicking on the “Complete purchase” button. Upon concluding the order, the website sends an automatic email message to the buyer and seller with notification of the completed order.
Order processing and payment method
Payment is possible by invoice or cash on delivery, whereby the value of the goods is paid to the postman upon delivery of the goods, unless otherwise stated for certain items.
The seller through the administrative part of the website reviews new orders with information about the customer, place of delivery and ordered products.
After receiving the order and contacting the buyer in order to verify the correctness of the information entered in the order (if necessary), the seller organizes the delivery of packages, packs the ordered products and sends them to the specified delivery address.
Product prices
All product prices listed on the site are final prices, visibly highlighted and without the included price for delivery, unless otherwise stated. We undertake to accept any price at which you have made a purchase order, regardless of whether the price of the product on the market has changed after the purchase order was created. We also reserve the right to cancel the purchase order by sending an email notification to the customer if there was a gross error when setting the price on our website.
Costs and method of delivery
The price of delivery is not included in the price, and depends on the terms of delivery, as well as the price list of courier services.
Delivery is made by courier service to the address chosen by the customer when ordering. In order for the delivery to be successful, the seller will provide the courier service with the name, surname and contact phone number of the buyer.
In case the ordered product is in stock, the delivery time is 2-5 working days (from Tuesday to Thursday) from the moment when the supplier records the order received via the website. In the event that the ordered product is currently out of stock, the buyer will be notified of the delivery time.
Note: Deliveries of purchased products are not made on Sundays and public holidays.

Nursery “Agro Max” reserves the right to change these terms of purchase without prior notice to its customers. Every customer can check the currently valid terms of purchase when ordering the product.
