Quince fruit seedlings – Triumph

The Triumph quince is a variety that stands out for its late ripening and exceptional fruit quality. It ripens late, in the second half of October, producing large, bluntly pear-shaped fruits with a smooth surface and thin, smooth greenish-yellow skin.

The flesh of the Triumph quince is whitish-yellow, crisp, moderately juicy, and distinctly tangy, offering a delicious and aromatic experience. The variety blooms mid-season and is well-pollinated by the Hemus and Champion varieties, contributing to increased yield and fruit quality.

The Triumph quince begins to bear fruit early and produces exceptionally well and consistently, as confirmed by preliminary results in the Belgrade Danube region. However, due to its late ripening, it is not suitable for cultivation in areas outside the vineyard zone where early autumn frosts occur.
